Solutions Change is the new name for MacDonald Marsh Consulting Ltd. It was founded by Fay MacDonald in 2002.

We provide Professional Services to the Healthcare sector in the UK. Our services include Project and Programme Management and a wide variety of other Professional Services related to change projects and programmes involving, people, processes and technology.
